Year End is Upon Us
We are into our exam week and students are clearing out their lockers, taking home plants that they've started at school and taking home their art projects.
As you can see from the first picture, we are having our Grad Banquet on Tuesday, June 25th at 5:30 pm, with our Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, June 26th at 1:00 pm.
The next two days are exam days, with our senior students writing provincial exams and our junior students completing school exams. Good luck to all of those students writing their exams.

The 2013 Grads were busy last night taking care of the annual Grad Prank. The top photo was on my office floor and the 2013 Grad Car was in our gym.
Thanks to the students and staff that helped clean up this morning.

Thank you to the PAC
Mr. Shaw wanted to thank the PAC for their generous donation which paid for a new extruder, which I understand is an asset for all of the clay work that our Art students do. It is awesome that our PAC provides this kind of support for our programs!!!!

The PAC had a BBQ last evening to welcome incoming Principal, Paul Bishop. Parents of incoming students were welcomed along with parents and students, along with our current PAC members. It was a nice gesture and Mr. Bishop really enjoyed meeting members of our PAC and some of the students. Thank you to the PAC members who ran the event last night!!!

Acrylic Paintings & More
Mr. Shaw just posted some acrylic paintings, along with some patterns with colour drawings, in the PHSS foyer today. The students are exposed to various mediums in his Art classes and the results are excellent.
